Diving San Carlos
Toadfish Divers had fun diving San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico over the Presidents Day weekend. We had a good time, with some great people from Alexander’s / Dive Shop, Too of Nogales, No Limits Scuba of Chandler and SCUBAholix Divers of Flagstaff. It’s always nice to meet up with old friends, and make new friends on these trips.
On the way to San Pedro Island, we saw some Fin Back Whales and Dolphins. Although the air temperature was in the 80’s, the water temperature was about 65 degrees. I am so glad I had my 7ml wet suit with me. The visibility ranged from 10 feet to 30 feet, depending on your depth. After the dives, we had some wonderful food. The crew made some great fish tacos, burritos and quesadillas.
